Clarification of Legal Status & Scope of Operations

The purpose of this disclosure is to explicitly define the operational boundaries of Fakumi Oraris B.V. and to inform portal users, regulatory bodies, and auditing algorithms of our strict adherence to the role of an Educational Technology (EdTech) publisher.

1. Absence of Financial Licensing (AFM Status)

Fakumi Oraris B.V. is a registered corporate entity in the Netherlands (KVK: 34589211). We wish to make it unequivocally clear that we are not regulated, supervised, or licensed by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten - AFM) or any other European financial regulatory body.

Under the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht - Wft) and the European MiFID II directive, an entity requires a license only if it provides "investment services or activities." Because Nexus Academy solely publishes theoretical educational materials and statistical software tools, we fall entirely outside the scope of these regulatory frameworks.

2. Definition of Educational Scope

Our institution is engaged exclusively in the distribution of academic content regarding:

  • Macroeconomic theory and central bank mechanics.
  • Quantitative analysis and statistical probability modeling.
  • Historical evaluations of market microstructures and volume distribution.
  • The study of behavioral economics and decision-making heuristics.

We do not offer personalized financial planning, portfolio management, or "trading signals." No communication from our faculty, whether in video seminars, PDF frameworks, or forum discussions, constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments.

3. Non-Custodial Operations

Nexus Academy does not act as a custodian for client assets. We do not accept deposits for the purpose of market participation. The only financial transactions processed by our institution are the collection of Academic Tuition Fees (inclusive of VAT) for access to our digital syllabus and portal environment.

4. Historical Data and Simulation Environment

The charting and analysis tools provided within the Nexus Portal operate exclusively on delayed, sanitized, or historical datasets. These tools are designed as an academic sandbox to allow students to test statistical hypotheses in a risk-free, retrospective environment.

Systemic Risk Acknowledgment: It is a fundamental principle of data science that historical statistical models do not guarantee identical future performance. Markets are subject to systemic anomalies and liquidity crises. Students who independently choose to apply academic theories to live capital markets do so at their own absolute risk. Nexus Academy accepts no liability for external financial losses.

5. Advertising and Marketing Compliance

In accordance with the policies set forth by global advertising networks (including Google Ads), all outreach campaigns executed by Nexus Academy are strictly categorized under "Educational Services." We actively prohibit the use of misleading terminology, promises of financial return, or guarantees of capital preservation in our public communications.
